By using the RustAndThings website and placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.

RustAndThings sells a variety of vintage, collectible, pre-owned, and one-of-a-kind merchandise. We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph items accurately, including visible wear, age-related characteristics, and known flaws when applicable.

Because many items are vintage or pre-owned, condition can vary. Colors and appearance may also vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings.

Prices, availability, product descriptions, and store information may be updated or corrected when necessary. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, affected by a listing error, or involved in suspected fraud or misuse.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is shipped.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. Please review our Shipping Policy for additional information.

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and shipping information. RustAndThings is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.

All website content, including store branding, original photographs, written descriptions, and other original material, may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without permission.

Use of this website must comply with applicable laws. You may not use the store, checkout, or other site features for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or disruptive activity.
