Return and Refund Policy

At RustAndThings, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and to know what to expect when buying vintage, collectible, pre-owned, and one-of-a-kind items.

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery unless an item is specifically marked as final sale or non-returnable.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with all included parts, accessories, packaging, and documentation when applicable.

Because many of our items are vintage, collectible, pre-owned, or one-of-a-kind, normal signs of age, use, wear, manufacturing variation, or other characteristics shown or described in the listing are not considered defects.

If an item arrives damaged or is materially different from the description, please contact us promptly at rustandthings@hotmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

For returns based on buyer preference, fit, change of mind, or similar reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise required by law.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrives damaged or materially different from the description.

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be sent back to the original payment method. Processing time after approval may vary depending on the payment provider.
