Shipping Policy

At RustAndThings, we know that once you find something you want, you want it on the way as soon as possible.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Because our inventory includes vintage, collectible, pre-owned, and one-of-a-kind items, some orders may require a little extra care when packing. We would rather take the time to package an item properly than rush it out the door.

Shipping costs and available shipping methods are shown at checkout whenever possible. Delivery times after shipment depend on the carrier and destination and are separate from our handling time.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at rustandthings@hotmail.com. We will do our best to help before the order ships.

We pack items carefully and securely. If an order arrives damaged, please keep the item and all original packaging and contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the situation.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, severe weather, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control, but we will always do our best to help if a shipment appears to have a problem.
